DON JIEROH M. SALES
A fourth year student in the Physical Education program.
As the Ace of Spades, I am the ultimate challenge, the card that forces the game to change. My existence signifies absolute determination and the turning of a new fate, proving that every hand, no matter how daunting, it is mine to win or lose.

pre service teacher
Don Jieroh is a pre-service SEA teacher pursuing a Bachelor of Physical Education at Camarines Norte State College. Driven by passion and a strong commitment to learning, his teaching approach is deeply rooted in the philosophy of pragmatism, which prioritizes practical experience and real-world application over abstract theory. He believes that students learn best by doing, experiencing, and actively problem-solving within their environment. This practical mindset was central to his international teaching practice in Indonesia, where he focused on creating inclusive, student-centered activities. When faced with a new curriculum and diverse student needs, he adjusted his strategies to design progressive lessons, like multi-station circuit training, that allowed students of all fitness levels to participate comfortably. By balancing instruction with encouraging feedback, he focused on building his students' confidence and motor skills. For Don Jieroh, teaching is a continuous learning process where the educator serves as a supportive guide, helping students build healthy, lifelong habits through active engagement.
