The Camarines Norte State College (CNSC) is a public institution in the Philippines that offers degrees and training in a huge range of fields. The institution started as the Camarines Norte High School (CNHS), founded in 1920. Many years later, on June 23, 1973, its name was officially changed to the Camarines Norte National High School (CNNHS) when Parliamentary Bill No. 2378 was passed.

Universitas Halu Oleo (UHO) is a premier public university in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia, holding the nation's highest "Unggul" (Excellent) accreditation status. The institution began its journey in 1964 as a private branch campus of Hasanuddin University before officially gaining full autonomy as an independent state university on August 19, 1981, under Presidential Decree Number 37. It is named in honor of Halu Oleo, a legendary 16th-century ruler of the Konawe kingdom whose name translates to "eight days of the sun."
